Jillian is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Financial Therapy for professional women and moms. After spending 10 years in the mental health field, Jillian realized her passion lay in helping individuals with their relationship with money. Her own experience with a strict financial program, fueled by shame and deprivation, led her to explore alternative approaches to personal finance and healing her money mindset.

As the founder of Her Financial Therapy, PLLC, Jillian is one of the pioneering woman-identified Financial Therapists in North Carolina. Applying her therapeutic skills and knowledge to money, emotions, and relationships, she is dedicated to empowering women and moms to feel confident and positive about their finances. Jillian holds a degree in Interpersonal Communication from North Carolina State University and a Master’s in Human Development from Virginia Tech. Currently, she is working towards a certification in Financial Therapy. Jillian resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband, toddler, and furry companion.
